Exercises

This exercise is designed to help participants to consider the key elements of an effective mission statement, by applying the Ashridge Mission Model to some well-known organisations. Allow one hour and fifteen minutes for completion.

This exercise provides the basis for a discussion about the content of vision and mission statements, and the differences between the two. It can be run as an individual exercise, or alternatively used with groups of two or three people.
