Power In and Around Organisations, a classic text on power and influence. [1] It forms part of his influential ‘Theory of Management Policy’ series. He holds a PhD from MIT’s Sloan School, and is John Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies in the faculty of Management, McGill University, Montreal.
