Diagnostics

Rosabeth Moss Kanter’s ‘employability security’ is the theme of this diagnostic, which assesses an organisation’s ability to attract and retain the best people. Allow approximately 1 hr 15 minutes to complete.

This diagnostic can be used to assess the effectiveness of an organisation’s approach to training and development, and the extent to which it conforms to the Investors in People Standard. Allow up to 50 minutes for completion.

Exercises

A warm-up exercise that helps to highlight the differences between training and development. Allow around 20 minutes for completion.

This exercise is an exploration of the benefits of Investors in People from three perspectives: individual, managerial and organisational. Allow at least 45 minutes for the whole exercise.
