Kolb’s Learning Cycle and Honey and Mumford’s Learning Styles are introduced in this exercise, and various development methods are examined. Allow 50 minutes for completion.

The Honey and Mumford Learning Styles Questionnaire can be used with individuals to identify their preferred learning styles and is available at Peter Honey Learning, www.peterhoney.com. This guide is a suggested approach to using the questionnaire as part of a group exercise. Allow up to an hour to complete.
