Exercises

Use this troubleshooting exercise to help participants share challenges in a constructive way, work with others to gain a new perspective on problems and identify new approaches and solutions. Allow 40 minutes for completion.

This icebreaker will encourage internal consultants to identify and market their talents, strengths, knowledge, skills and experience. Allow five minutes for each participant’s presentation and a further 20 minutes to review some top tips for marketing yourself as an internal consultant within the organisation.
