Case Studies

This case study looks at an instance of segregation, and asks senior teams to think about how they would get to the truth of this complex matter, what responsibilities they would have in solving the issue, and the benefits they could expect to see. Takes around 1.25 hours to complete.

Role Plays

This roleplay looks at the sensitive issue of a disabled employee who feels isolated within her team. It explores issues such as preconceptions, prejudice, communication and valuing diversity. Allow one hour for completion.
