The Innovative Organisation

A challenging improvisation-based creative group exercise that allows ideas and problems to be explored within the safe confines of an imaginary landscape. Allow 45 minutes for this exercise.

This exercise is a practical illustration of the importance of opportunity obsession when creating an entrepreneurial organisation. Participants create an opportunity portfolio then appraise and implement key opportunities. Allow around 1½ hours for completion.

Individuals quick-fire ideas to each other in a knockout competition to generate many ideas and solutions for an issue. No separate task sheet required. Allow at least 2¼ hours.

An exercise to help explore entrepreneurial capacity and inspire participants to build on these skills. Allow approximately 30 minutes.
