In this handout we summarise French and Bell’s suggestions for structuring OD interventions more effectively. They assume that the OD practitioner has already undertaken a degree of diagnostic activity as regards what the programme needs to accomplish. These suggestions instead concentrate on refining the practical nature of the activities so that they are of maximum benefit to participants and the organisation.
