This is an enjoyable exercise that demonstrates the importance of giving clear and accurate information for the purpose of effective communication. Allow 25 minutes for completion.

This is a fun exercise to encourage a group to start thinking about the importance of structure in effective communication. While testing the participants’ abilities to structure information, the nonsense topics also make for a light-hearted learning experience. Allow around 30 minutes for completion.

This is a creative exercise that demonstrates the benefits of two-way communication. Two-way communication is vital in any change management scenario to ensure everyone knows what is going on and can ask for clarification when they don’t. Allow around 35 minutes for completion.

This fun, participative exercise is a variant on the children’s game of Chinese Whispers. It tests participants’ listening skills and gets them to think about the importance of listening carefully to what others say. Allow 40 minutes for completion.
